Why be normal? this owl drawing by Ida features a hand drawn panel on the mat. The hand drawn elements mimic the spirals drawn in the art. This triple mat with open V-grooves (the blue areas) is encircled with a flaming hot frame job! Francine outdid herself painting these hot rod flames onto the frame itself. Yeah, basic black would have looked fine but why be boring? The print isn’t your average art and the frame should reflect that!
