For our first example, one of Arizona’s finest… This is a prime example of the kind of fading that happens to photo lab prints from the 1970’s and 1980’s. They oftentimes would fade to a rosy pink color. When we scan or re-photograph these and then color correct them, they look brand new. We even have the satin paper that looks exactly like papers used then.

Photos from the 1930’s also look amazing after being restored. This one of Ida’s grandma Ann had water stains and rust spots in it, and had gotten a bit yellower than it should with time. We were able to remove the water stains and even up the tones, voila! Beautiful portrait. The best part? We were able to make multiple copies and frame them for gifts for the family. No more fighting over the family photos.

Some photos suffer from where they’ve been. This one had been stored in between sheets of colored paper that left their mark. It also faded from its original silvery grey to a pink shade. An unfortunate fold caused a huge crack down the left side. After a little TLC from our photo repair experts, he’s all better now! We made new prints and they look stunning. We were even able to save the photographer’s writing on the bottom.
This photo was cracked, discolored and badly stained. We restored it digitally and made new prints at the Frame and I!
Family halfway through digital restoration, photo was cracked in half and multiple pieces. Large areas were missing. This photo is most likely early 1900’s era. Part of the young man’s face was missing but we didn’t save a photo of that.

Beautiful family photo framed in gold and rich silk, with a tiny interior frame called a fillet. Oh! We love the 40’s. Her hair is perfect!
We can frame ovals. Check out this beautiful tiger eye finished oval, with convex “bubble” glass and a hand wrapped black velvet mat. Beautiful photo from the late 1800’s looks perfect in it!
Grandpa was a sailor… his jaunty angle on his hat and his mischievous face says it all. We love this photo! The reproduction we made is a sepia tone to fit WW1 days. Our frame has 6 evenly spaced stars and a delicate gingerbread trim edge to make it look so perfect.
